2. How to Lodge a Complaint If you believe your data has been handled incorrectly, or if you wish to contest a "flag" raised by our brand protection services, please contact us via email at founder@verityangel.com

3. Our Process (UK Statutory Timelines) As required by the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025, we follow a strict resolution path. While we aim to acknowledge all contact within 48 hours, our formal statutory acknowledgement will be sent within 30 days. We will then conduct a thorough review of the case, including the specific Internal Proprietary AI Monitoring Logs and the human oversight record associated with the case. We will keep you updated on our progress without undue delay. Finally, you will receive a written response explaining our decision and any actions taken.

4. Independent Review If you are not satisfied with our final response regarding your personal data, you have the right to escalate your complaint to the
Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
